Redefined is a Level 1 BBBEE contributor and 100% black woman owned Skills Development Training Provider that specializes in delivering learning solutions and providing consultancy services to both the government and corporate sectors. The company was registered in 2014 and its Primary SETA is ETDP SETA. Redefined has a memorandum of understanding with 3 other SETAs namely, Services Seta, AgriSeta and the Food Processing & Manufacturing Seta. Staff at Redefined have worked together on various projects over the past 9 years. The years of experience in the implementation of training through management of projects, learnerships, strategic training interventions has ensured long term relationships with customers and the SETAs.
Development of learning material, participation in SETA projects and committees’ boards ensured the growth of each individual and the business. Today Redefend is recognized as an experienced and capable training provider.
